Managing Director

Adam joined Morleys in 2017 and was appointed Managing Director in July 2024, bringing almost two decades of experience working within the education supplies and furniture sector across both the UK and international markets.

Throughout his career, Adam has developed extensive expertise in educational furniture, FF&E consultancy and the creation of high-quality learning environments. He has successfully overseen projects and contracts for the Department for Education, local authorities, Multi-Academy Trusts, independent schools and major construction contractors, building a strong reputation for delivering effective, student-centred solutions that support teaching and learning.

As Managing Director, Adam leads the strategic direction of Morleys, working closely with the design, sales, project delivery and customer experience teams to ensure schools receive a seamless service from initial concept through to project completion. His deep understanding of the education sector enables him to advise schools on creating future-ready learning environments that enhance pupil engagement, wellbeing and educational outcomes.

Passionate about inclusive and human-centred design, Adam champions learning spaces that place students and educators at the heart of every decision. Under his leadership, Morleys continues to strengthen its reputation as a trusted furniture and design partner for schools, delivering innovative, practical and inspiring environments that support the evolving needs of modern education.

Adam’s extensive sector knowledge, strategic leadership and commitment to client experience have helped establish long-lasting relationships with schools, trusts and education stakeholders across the UK.

Finance Director

David joined our Senior Management team in 2019 having worked at Director level for family-owned businesses of similar size to Morleys, as well as large multinational corporations. His broad experience has brought a fresh approach to the financial development of the company, whilst ensuring we remain customer focused in all financial decisions.

Head of Trading

Kim has over 21 years experience working within the education furniture sector, during this time Kim has amassed great product, sector and FF&E experience. Kim leads our projects team ensuring that all projects are managed in line with agreed schedules from point of award to on-site sign off. Due to her experience working and supporting on a vast array of complex projects, Kim is ideally placed to ensure that all the Morleys projects are delivered and installed to a high standard and OTIF. She leads our customer experience team to ensure our service levels continue to offer the high standards of care our customers can, and should expect.

JANINNE TAYLOR

Head of Marketing & Product Development

With over 15 years’ experience operating at senior management level within the furniture industry, Janinne has developed a strong commercial understanding across leadership, communications, customer experience, business development, project management, procurement, product development, bid management, marketing and brand strategy.

She holds a BA (Hons) in Journalism, is a PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner and has a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma
in Digital Marketing.

Having built more than a decade of expertise in the educational furniture market, combined with extensive multi-channel marketing experience, Janinne specialises in brand storytelling, customer journey optimisation, creative content and integrated campaigns for education and FF&E clients, helping to build trust, authentic value and long-term engagement.

Chanelle has worked closely with schools and contractors for over 15 years, building a strong understanding of their unique needs and the challenges they face. Using her expertise she brings FF&E projects to life and ensures we offer an exceptional account management function that provides schools with lifetime support.

In addition to holding relationships with major mains contractors in the education construction sector, she works in partnership with James Allen’s Girls’ School, North London Collegiate and St Edmunds.

Morleys of Wales – Sales Manager

Sian has worked in the education sector for over 24 years, during which time she has gained vast experience working on large scale projects with schools, contractors, councils, and architects. Using her expertise she brings FF&E projects to life, working in partnership with all stakeholders, and offering her valuable advice and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Sian has dedicated her career to supporting the education sector create innovative learning environments and her commitment is rewarded through the genuine relationships she holds with major contractors and leading Independent schools.

AMY SWEETAPPLE

FF&E Consultant

Amy has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in furniture specification and consultation, having spent over a decade in interior design and field sales roles for global furniture brands in the FF&E space.

Part of our FF&E Sales team, Amy is responsible for clients and new project opportunities in London and the Southeast. Her ability to understand the client’s vision and work with them to translate that into reality has enabled her to build good and long-lasting relationships with our customers.

FF&E Consultant

Kate brings over a decade of experience in interior design and FF&E consultancy, including running her own design practice and developing a strong understanding of furniture, interiors and education environments. As part of the FF&E Sales team, she is responsible for supporting clients and new project opportunities across the Home Counties and the South East. Kate works closely with education clients to turn design concepts into functional, inspiring learning spaces.

Principal Contract Furniture – Sales Manager

Andrew brings decades of experience in contract furniture and account management to his role within Principal Contract Furniture, part of Morleys (Bicester) Ltd. Supporting both trade and end-user customers across education, hospitality, community and commercial sectors, he works closely with clients to deliver practical, high-quality furniture solutions tailored to their individual requirements. 

Principal Contract Furniture is a market leader in folding furniture and flexible furniture solutions, including its own exclusive range of Principal folding chairs. As part of the wider Morleys Group, Andrew combines specialist expertise in folding furniture, staging solutions, framework management and customer support to help customers create functional and adaptable spaces.

Katie started her journey with Morleys in 2021, and has quickly developed her knowledge and experience in a variety of key areas across the business including customer service, sales support and project management. She has gained a deep understanding of the education sector and built expertise in full scale and refurbishment FF&E projects through owning the end-to-end process. She has worked on a portfolio of key programmes including Fitzalan High School (the largest 21st Century Schools project for Wales), Graven Hill Primary, Pembrey Primary School and Stafford Barracks Accommodation.

In her spare time Katie likes to travel, cook, try new food from around the world and spend time with her family and friends.

Key Account Executive 

Molly brings strong account management expertise alongside valuable classroom experience from her time teaching at the Bridge Academy Trust. Based at our Head Office in Mixbury, she is the day-to-day point of contact for our education clients. From enquiries about furniture and finishes to pricing, lead times, general customer service and project support, Molly is always on hand to help.

Suzie joined Morleys in April 2026 and is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with trade customers purchasing educational furniture solutions. Managing key accounts and identifying new business opportunities, Suzie plays an important role in driving growth while delivering a high standard of customer care and service excellence. 

Bringing strong commercial awareness, relationship-building expertise and a customer-focused approach, Suzie works closely with customers to understand their individual requirements and provide tailored support. Prior to joining Morleys, Suzie successfully ran her own skincare business and led a team of 60 people, giving her valuable hands-on experience in client management, business development and delivering a personal service that puts customers first.

Harriet gained a BA Architecture degree from the Leeds Beckett University and went on to work with a leader in the manufacture of furniture for the education sector in the UK before joining Morleys in 2020.

Ilda has an Architectural degree and over 5 years of experience in FF&E space planning (Revit), 3D Visualization, and Project Management.

Using a client-centred approach, she has worked and liaised on numerous Educational Consultancy, bespoke fitted FF&E solutions, and Early Years Design Projects.

Melisa joined Morleys in February 2026 as Interior Concept Designer, supporting clients in re-imagining educational environments as our FF&E Projects division continues to grow. Working closely with schools and project teams, Melisa helps create inspiring, functional and future-focused learning spaces that enhance the educational experience. 

Graduating from the University of Westminster in 2023 with a BA in Interior Architecture and Design, Melisa brings experience from the design and build sector, with a particular specialism in independent school environments. Combining creative thinking with a strong understanding of educational spaces, she supports the development of thoughtful interior concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality and the evolving needs of modern learning environments.

Georgie joined Morleys in April 2026 as Project Co-Ordinator, playing a key role in the delivery of FF&E packages from award through to project completion. Working closely with suppliers, sales and design teams and contractors, Georgie helps ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on schedule and in line with client specifications, while also supporting procurement activities and commercially competitive project submissions. 

Bringing a strong background in project management and commercial management within the contract furniture manufacturing sector, Georgie has developed valuable experience across both education and commercial interiors environments. Combining industry knowledge with strong organisational skills and a client-focused approach, she supports the successful delivery of inspiring, high-quality spaces that meet both practical requirements and project aspirations.

Project Buyer 

Andy joined Morleys in 2008, beginning his career in the warehouse and moving into the customer service team. He quickly developed extensive expertise in educational furniture, supply chain partnerships, stocked products, components and assembly processes, which led to progression into Stock Control and subsequently promotion into the Buying team.

Now working as a Project Buyer within the FF&E Project team, Andy plays a vital role linking FF&E Consultants and Designers with project suppliers and delivery teams. As the estimator for design-led projects, he is responsible for ensuring commercially robust proposals that deliver best value for clients. Andy focuses on specifying furniture and equipment that precisely meets client needs, working closely with trusted partners who share Morleys’ commitment to quality, durability, exceptional service and sustainability.

Sheri joined Morleys in 2005 and has since developed a wealth of expertise across the business through a range of customer-focused roles, working closely with teams including design, projects, marketing and finance. With over 20 years’ experience in Customer Experience and Sales Support, she brings in-depth knowledge of educational furniture, business processes and account management, alongside a consistent commitment to exceptional customer service.

Known for her attention to detail and collaborative approach, Sheri is a valued mentor to colleagues and a trusted point of contact for clients. She is now applying and further developing her skills to support the Reseller and Trade arm of the business, helping to ensure our service continues to be second to none.

With a background in furniture and customer service, Mandy brings a customer-first mindset to everything she does, ensuring every online interaction reflects the values of Morleys whilst delivering a seamless and engaging customer journey.

With over 15 years’ experience in buying roles, she is a skilled negotiator, building strong, long-term relationships with supply chain partners whilst consistently achieving product margin targets.

Rachelle has developed extensive knowledge of educational furniture, ensuring a comprehensive and well-balanced portfolio for our education clients, with a focus on value, durability, suitability, compliance and sustainability. Jackie joined the business in November 2021, since being promoted to Senior Accounts Administrator. She plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of the business and helps to ensure processes run efficiently across the organisation. Working closely with internal teams, Jackie is responsible for maintaining accurate financial administration, supporting account management activities and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
